2. €50 for housing placement
3. €230-€260 one-time fee for cleaning services and basic furnishings.

Rooms at Webster University Leiden Campus

Each studio resembles a mini-apartment, equipped with a compact kitchen featuring a refrigerator and stove, separate bathroom, workspace with ergonomic chair, and full bed. Residents also have access to a multipurpose lounge with movie screen, fitness room with cardio equipment, and floor laundry facilities. The property includes a pleasant courtyard garden overlooking the canal where students can relax between lectures.
